Terms & Conditions for Partner Orphanages

Middle East Orphan Relief Foundation (MEORF.ORG)

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orphanages, childcare centers, and related institutions (“Partners”) that wish to collaborate with the Middle East Orphan Relief Foundation (MEORF). By submitting a request or participating in any campaign, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

1.1. The orphanage must be a registered organization in its country of operation and able to provide legal documentation upon request.

1.2. The orphanage must serve children who are orphans, half-orphans, or otherwise deprived of parental care.

1.3. Private individuals cannot apply directly; only officially recognized organizations are eligible.

2. Application & Requests

2.1. All requests must be submitted via the official MEORF application form or by invitation from MEORF staff.

2.2. Each request must include:

  • A clear description of the need.
  • Number of children affected.
  • Budget estimate with supporting documents (quotes, invoices, or bills).
  • Evidence such as photos or short videos.
    2.3. MEORF reserves the right to request additional information before approval.

3. Verification

3.1. MEORF will review all applications to ensure credibility and alignment with our mission.

3.2. MEORF reserves the right to reject any application without providing reasons.

3.3. Orphanages agree to cooperate fully during verification, including providing legal, financial, or operational documents if requested.

4. Campaign Launch

4.1. Approved requests will be published on MEORF.ORG as donation campaigns.

4.2. The description, photos, and videos provided may be used by MEORF for awareness and fundraising purposes.

4.3. Campaign targets are based on the budget submitted and adjusted for realistic fundraising goals.

5. Use of Funds

5.1. Funds raised are strictly for the purpose described in the approved request.

5.2. Administrative or unrelated expenses are not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

5.3. MEORF transfers funds directly to the orphanage’s official account (not to individuals).

6. Reporting & Accountability

6.1. Orphanages must submit:

  • Receipts or invoices for purchased goods/services.
  • Photo or video proof of children benefiting.
  • A short written report within the agreed timeframe.
    6.2. For larger projects, MEORF may disburse funds in phases, with reporting required before subsequent transfers.
    6.3. Failure to provide reports may result in:
  • Suspension of future campaigns.
  • Public disclosure of non-compliance.

7. Transparency

7.1. MEORF will publish financial reports, donor updates, and project outcomes on its website to ensure full transparency.

7.2. Orphanages must agree that their names and project details may appear in these public reports.

8. Compliance

8.1. All partners must comply with local laws and child protection standards.

8.2. Any misuse of funds or fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination of cooperation and possible legal action.

9. Agreement

By submitting a request or participating in a campaign, the orphanage confirms that:

  • All information provided is true and accurate.
  • Funds will only be used for the agreed purpose.
  • The orphanage accepts these Terms & Conditions.
