Application Guidelines

Workflow

Orphanage Request → Verification → Campaign Launch → Donor Reporting

Application / Request Submission

Applications are submitted through the website form. Applicants must provide registration papers, a description of needs, a budget estimate, and supporting materials (photos, videos, quotes).

Verification & Screening MEORF

verifies the authenticity of documents, registration, and alignment with our mission. Clarifications or extra evidence may be requested.

Campaign Creation

Approved requests become donation campaigns on MEORF.ORG with transparent descriptions, visual materials, and clear cost breakdowns.

Fund Collection & Transfer

Funds are collected by MEORF and transferred directly to the partner organization, minus unavoidable bank fees. Large projects may be paid in stages.

Implementation & Follow-Up

Partners submit receipts, photos, and video reports showing how donations were used. Reports are published online for transparency.

Donor Feedback & Closure

Completed projects are marked “Closed,” with a summary and donor report available publicly.

Step 1. Application / Request Submission
  • Via website form (preferred): Orphanages fill out a structured form on the foundation’s site, agreeing to your Terms & Conditions.
  • Alternative (direct outreach): For trusted partners, you or a volunteer can collect the information and upload it internally.

Required information:

  1. Orphanage legal name, registration papers, and contact person.
  2. Description of the need (e.g., winter clothes, medical supplies).
  3. Number of children affected and their age groups.
  4. Budget estimate with supporting documents.
  5. Evidence (photos, short videos, or scanned bills/quotes).
Step 2. Verification & Screening
  • Foundation team checks:
    • Legal registration and credibility of the orphanage.
    • Authenticity of evidence (cross-checking invoices, photos, or videos).
    • Consistency with the foundation’s mission (children’s needs only, not administrative luxuries).
  • If unclear → request clarification or additional evidence.
  • Approved requests move to the next stage.
Step 3. Campaign Creation
  • Foundation drafts a transparent campaign page:
    • Need description (short, emotional, fact-based).
    • Photos/videos provided by the orphanage.
    • Budget breakdown.
    • Donation target (linked to the orphanage’s request).
  • Campaign is published on MEORF.ORG.

Donors can contribute, with real-time updates on progress.

Step 4. Fund Collection & Transfer
  • Funds collected through the foundation’s account.
  • Clear policy: no deductions except banking/transfer fees.
  • Transfer to orphanage is made in tranches (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% after initial reporting) if the project is large.
Step 5. Implementation & Follow-up
  • Orphanage implements the project (buy clothes, medicines, etc.).
  • Required to submit receipts, photos, and short video reports showing children benefiting.
  • Reports uploaded to the campaign page for public transparency.
Step 6. Donor Feedback & Closure
  • Once the project is complete, the campaign is marked “Completed”.
  • Donors receive a notification/newsletter update.
  • Summary report published on the foundation’s website (funds received, spent, number of children helped).
