1. Purpose of the Foundation
The Foundation is a non-profit organization registered in the Netherlands, dedicated to supporting orphaned and vulnerable children in the Middle East by providing financial aid, medical assistance, education, and other essential needs through trusted local partners.
2. Donations
- All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
- Donations are used according to the Foundation’s mission and published financial reports.
- Donors may choose to support specific projects, but the Foundation reserves the right to allocate funds where most urgently needed if a project is fully funded or circumstances change.
3. Sponsorship Program
- Sponsors may commit to supporting a child or group of children through monthly or annual contributions.
- Sponsorship does not imply legal guardianship or adoption rights.
- Updates will be provided regularly as available from local partner organizations.
- The Foundation cannot guarantee uninterrupted sponsorship due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., relocation of children, local restrictions, emergencies).
4. Launching Donation Campaigns
- The Foundation aims to initiate donation campaigns targeting orphanages and other partners in need, to raise funds to support their essential requirements.
- Each campaign will be thoroughly described and supported by documented evidence.
- A detailed report on each campaign’s outcomes will be published as a follow-up.
5. Auctions (Coming Soon)
- The Foundation may organize online or physical auctions of donated items.
- Auction terms (bidding rules, payment deadlines, item condition, and shipping policies) will be published before each event.
- By participating in auctions, users agree to abide by the published auction rules.
6. Transparency & Reporting
- Annual financial reports and tax filings will be published on the website.
- The Foundation operates with minimal administrative costs, prioritizing direct aid.
7. User Responsibilities
- Users must not misuse the website for illegal purposes, fraudulent donations, or unauthorized access.
- Content from the website (text, videos, images) may not be used without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The Foundation is not liable for delays, interruptions, or inaccuracies caused by third-party services (e.g., payment processors, shipping providers).
- While we strive to ensure transparency and accountability, the Foundation is not responsible for situations beyond its control in conflict or disaster zones.
